This Privacy Policy describes how Greatest Alternatives LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of greatestalternatives.com and gralts.com (collectively, the "Site"), including any purchases, inquiries, or other interactions with us. - Meta Pixel (with Aggregated Event Measurement): used to measure advertising performance and conversions on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Data collected is subject to Meta's privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
- Shopify: our e-commerce platform processes checkout, order, and payment-related data as a data processor on our behalf. Shopify's privacy practices are described at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We do not control the data practices of these third parties beyond the configuration we apply, and this Policy does not cover their independent use of data collected through their own services.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to: process and fulfill orders; communicate with you regarding orders, inquiries, or account matters; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; measure and analyze Site traffic and advertising performance; detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use collected information for any purpose incompatible with these stated uses without providing further notice as required by applicable law.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics (GA4), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, logistics, and importer-of-record services provided by third-party partners;
- Analytics and advertising platforms as described in Section 1.3;

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Order and transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable U.S. federal and state recordkeeping requirements.

6.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and to know the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, subject to applicable exceptions.
We may share personal information with advertising platforms (such as Meta) and with affiliated or related business entities for purposes that may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA, including the creation of lookalike or similar audiences. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing. To exercise this right, contact us using the information in Section 10 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or use any opt-out mechanism made available on the Site.
6.2 Other Jurisdictions. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law. Where such rights apply, we will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
6.3 Verification. We may require you to verify your identity before fulfilling any data request, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
7. International Data Transfer
The Company operates internationally, and information collected may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States, Brazil, or other jurisdictions where the Company or its service providers operate. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred outside your country of residence.
